Acroyoga for inmates – Sharing a workshop at Lanzarote’s Jail (Spain)

Carú Gonzalez, Rakel Mesa and Cécile Pageau, with the support of some volunteers, spent a day at the ??????? ???????????? ?????? from Lanzarote, Canary Islands (Spain).

It’s not the first time we’ve been there and, this time, we remember how important it is to ????? this practice with them.

??????? good, with good energy, peace, freedom, confidence in our companions, motivation, harmony, joy, companionship, disconnection, gratitude …. are the feelings that they shared after three hours of Acroyoga.

On a physical level they understood that it is more a technical work than a force, they worked on the balance and they positively surpassed their expectations about what they believed of Acroyoga.

We ended the session with a deep mutual ?????????, wanting to repeat the practice and do it regularly.

All this after our training in #Acroyoga4all, where we learned so much, so we want to give continuity to this social project.

?????????: One workshop per month from 2020 onwards. Sharing experience in order to create a social work network in prisons.
??????: In process with center directive to make it possible
